Sutton Bridal Portraits

Several weeks ago I posted a sneak peek from Stephanie's Bridal session and it has been so incredibly hard keeping her beauty under wraps until now! Stephanie and Darren were united in marriage on May 23rd in the gardens at Rocky Mount Bed and Breakfast in Prattville. Now that the vows are official and her beautiful dress is no longer a well kept secret, I can finally post some of my favorite shots from her Bridal shoot. She chose the 1st picture (at the top) as her canvas bridal portrait. Her dog, Cubby, has been her close companion for several years (keeping her company until Darren arrived on the scene!) and since the portrait was being given to her parents (who adore Cubby!) it was the perfect shot! The gardens at Rocky Mount B & B were perfect for the first half of the shoot and after finishing there, we drove to Shakespeare Festival in Montgomery where we shot until there was no light left. It was a long but very enjoyable afternoon and Darren shared with me later that Stephanie was surprised by how much she enjoyed the experience considering how long she was in her dress! (That's always a good sign that the dress will be comfortable on the BIG day!!!)

Stephanie was a beautiful bride on her wedding day as well and after presenting the pictures to her over the weekend, I should be able to post some of my favorites by next week so keep checking back! Thanks for taking the time to look!
